THE CLUB WILL BE CLOSED FOR TWO WEEKS IN JULY/AUGUST 2017, FROM MONDAY 24th JULY UNTIL REOPEN ON MONDAY 07th AUGUST.
THE CLUB IS CLOSED FOR ALL BANK AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS IN 2017 AS INDICATED IN YELLOW IN THE COURSE CALENDAR ABOVE.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP AND INSURANCE FOR 2017 / 2018 IS PAYABLE DURING THE WEEK 11th SEPTEMBER to 16th SEPTEMBER 2017.
THE PAYMENT DEADLINE IS SATURDAY 16th SEPTEMBER AT MIDDAY.

All new Courses commence on a Monday
Coaches will attempt to collect Membership Cards from your child in advance of Rebooking Week, to facilitate payment by Chip and Pin, Cash or Cheque.
The First Day of Rebooking Week (always a MONDAY) is highlighted in RED on the Calendars above to assist you. Please note, AND THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO REMEMBER - you have ALL WEEK until the Saturday of Rebooking Week at 12.00pm to pay your Fees.
You must have paid your Fees by Club Office closing on the Saturday of Rebooking Week to guarantee your child's place on the next scheduled Course.
IT IS COMPLETELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY REBOOKING FEES BEFORE THE DEADLINE EXPIRES.
If you have provided the Club with an email address - we will send out reminders via the Mailchimp system in advance of any Fees deadline.
NO REBOOKING FEES PAID ON TIME = PROBABLE LOSS OF PLACE
The Club Office will be open for all Recreational Sessions during Rebooking Week to facilitate payments. If this isn't convenient, as an alternative, you can post your child's Club Membership Card and Fees through the Office letterbox, or via Royal Mail post.
Please make cheques payable to Ladywell Gymnastics Club, with your child's name and class written on the back.
Chip & Pin is now available for payment of Fees - either in person at the Club Office or over the phone - as long as your child's Membership Card is in the Club Office (an admin fee of 20p is levied for Debit Cards and a £2 fee is levied for Credit Cards. Not all Cards are accepted - check with the Office for more information on which Cards can be used)
NO GYMNAST WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY NEW COURSE WITHOUT
A REBOOKING PAYMENT HAVING BEEN MADE IN ADVANCE.
If you are having any difficulty associated with Rebooking Week, as long as you let the Club Administration Staff know of the situation in advance, we will do all we can to help you out - BUT - you must let us know in advance.
