( Fees, etc.) will only be dealt with via the Club Office - NOT IN CONVERSATION WITH COACHES AT THE GYM DOOR.
This is to ensure a rapid response
to any question or query, and the safety of the children in the gym..
Feedback, suggestions or complaints can be addressed to the Club Manager via the Club Office and either posted through the letterbox of the Office - posted in the Suggestions Box in the foyer - or sent by letter to the Club Manager at the address listed above.
The Club welcomes - and indeed encourages feedback from our members.
The Office can get extremely busy

back to you at the earliest opportunity. Please note, this can sometimes take several days due to workload - or the Office may be closed when you left your message or sent your email.
