During Rebooking Week the Club Office will be open to accept Course Fees during every Recreational Session in the week of the deadline, at the times outlined above.
Alternatively, Fees accompanied by your Membership Card can be posted to us by normal mail - or posted through the Club Office letterbox in advance of the deadline.
Chip and Pin can be used over the phone - providing your child's Membership Card is within the Club Admin Office.
No Fees will be processed in any form without a Membership Card.
It is COMPLETELY your responsibility to pay all Fees on time.
If you have provided a current email address - we will send you a reminder and information emails via the Mailchimp system.**
NO REMINDER PHONE CALLS WILL BE MADE.
NO REMINDER LETTERS WILL BE SENT OUT.
(The last two actions listed above being prohibitively expensive for the Club.)
** As a courtesy, if you have provided an email address on your Personal Details Form, the Club will send out via the Mailchimp email system, reminders about Rebooking and other important information from the Club. To participate in Mailchimp, the Office must have a current email address for you.**
Refer to your Course Dates Leaflet, the Club Web site at www.ladywellgym.com on the Calendar & Fees Page:
- the Club Electronic Notice Board in the entrance lobby and the Office Window for relevant important dates.
Two large banners will also be hung in the gym foyer area during Rebooking Week.
If you miss a Fees deadline THERE IS NO GUARENTEE WE WILL BE ABLE TO FIND YOUR CHILD A PLACE ON THE NEXT COURSE. and if we do - an £10 Late Fee will be levied.
ALL administrative enquiries
( Fees, etc.) will only be dealt with via the Club Office - NOT IN CONVERSATION WITH COACHES AT THE GYM DOOR.
