The fact that you have chosen us to teach your child gymnastics is very much appreciated - and never taken for granted. Thank you.
The Club has risen again…..
After having been closed for almost fifteen months during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the subsequent Omicron Variant restriction period, we are now happy that we have the Club back on a secure footing again.
This has been a very difficult period for us all, and indeed we have all been effected in one way or another.
We would like to extend our sincerest condolences to everyone who lost a friend or loved one since the start of the pandemic, and we will do all in our power to ensure that the children who return to classes will have the safest, most positive, and fun filled experience possible.
Thank you for your interest in, or support for our Club, your interest or membership is something we cherish, and never take for granted.
Stay safe, and onwards and upwards for us all.
Two of the Greatest Moments in the History of our Club ......
On Friday 24th April 2015, our Club Manager & Head Coach Shirley,
attended an Investiture at the Tower of London.
During the ceremony, Shirley was presented with the British Empire Medal - awarded to her in the 2015 Queen's New Year's Honours List - for Services to Gymnastics.
Our second memorable moment happened at the 2013-2014 British Gymnastics Annual Awards Evening, held at the Kettering Conference Centre on 8th June 2013, the Club was awarded the coveted and highly prestigious British Gymnastics 'Club of the Year' Award.
At the same ceremony - Club Manager and Head Coach, Shirley Callaghan. BEM, was also presented with an 'Award of Merit' for her services to Gymnastics over a prolonged period.
Read a short account of the evening and view some photos here.
