On 22 January 2009, at Lewisham Town Hall, a ceremony was held to mark The London Borough of Lewisham's Annual Sports Awards for 2008-2007. The Awards were presented by The Lord Mayor, Sir Steve Bullock. A number of gymnasts and coaches from Ladywell Gymnastics Club were generously rewarded for their hard work over the previous year.
