The Met Office should enlist the help of the Club Fundraising Team when predicting the weather; because every year - without fail, they manage to get a beautiful sunny day for the Annual Fundraising Cake Sale at the historic Greenwich Market in south east London.

The amazing sum of £350 was raised in support of the Club. A record amount for this particular event.

The Club would like to take this opportunity to thank those key members of the Fundraising Team who organised and so wonderfully orchestrated the event this year.
A big THANK YOU must also go to Sandra, Emma, Louise, Noyola (and elder daughter), Karen, Amanda, Susie (and elder daughter) and Carolyn, who were all able to give up part of their day to come down to the market and help sell the cakes.
Thanks are again due to Emma for organizing such a fantastic position for the sale within the market - and last but not least - a huge thanks must obviously go to everyone who purchased cake!

These events are critical to the continued successful running of Club trips to competitions abroad - and Club Management and Staff really appreciate the efforts put in by others, not just on our behalf, but most importantly on behalf of the children who are striving to realize their dreams within the Club.
