Calendar of Events & Fees Information - 2013 / 2014
Course Fees are -
£56 for a 8 week course
£70 for a 10 week course
£84 for a 12 week course
(Deduct £7 per Session if the Club is closed during any Course)
Course Fees must be paid in ADVANCE as detailed below. Failure to pay before any Fees Deadline passes will result in a Late Fee of £8 being levied.
An Annual Membership and British Gymnastics Insurance Fee is payable each September.

All the dates above represent a week which commences on a MONDAY.

The First Day of Rebooking Week (MONDAY) is highlighted in RED to assist you. Please note - you have ALL WEEK until Saturday at 12.00pm to pay your Fees.

You must have paid your Fees by Club Office closing on the Saturday of Rebooking Week to secure your child's place on the next scheduled course. After this deadline - you will incur a Late Fee of £8.

NO FEES PAID = LOSS OF PLACE!
The Club Office will be open for all Recreational Sessions during Rebooking Week to facilitate payments. Alternatively, you can post your child's Club Membership Card and Fees through the Office letterbox, or via Royal Mail post.
Please make cheques payable to Ladywell Gymnastics Club, preferably with your child's name and class written on the back.
Chip & Pin is now available for payment of Fees - either in person at the Club Office or over the phone - as long as your child's Membership Card is in the Club Office (an admin fee of 20p is levied for Debit Cards and a £2 fee is levied for Credit Cards. Not all Cards are accepted - check with the Office for more information on which Cards can be used)
NO GYMNAST WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NEW TERM WITHOUT THIS PAYMENT BEING MADE.

If your child's course includes a Bank Holiday - please deduct the appropriate amount from the cost - currently £7 per Bank Holiday.

The Club will be closed for all Bank Holidays and associated dates as listed in the yellow column on the right side of the table above.
The Club will be closed for four days over the Easter 2013 period (29th Mar '13 to 01st Apr '13 inclusive) and for two weeks in August (05th Aug '13 to 18th Aug '13 inclusive)
The Club Christmas/New Year closure dates are from 23rd December until 05th January 2014 inclusive. Normal sessions resume again on Monday 06th January 2014. |
