The Lewisham Girls Floor & Vault Silver Medal Winning Team

At the recent London Youth Games Gymnastics Floor & Vault Competition, held at the Goresbrook Leisure Centre in Essex, the Lewisham Girls Floor & Vault Team won the Silver Medal - less that one point behind the winning Team - a fantastic achievement by all the girls. Team Managers' Shirley and Sinaid were delighted with the result and felt it reflected the hard work the girls have been putting in during their preparations for the event.
A special mention must go to Quynh Trinh, who achieved the highest score on Floor in the Competition, incredibly - finishing less than three quarters of one mark short of a perfect score!
