Women's Artistic level 5 Out of Age Competition - 07th May 2017
On Sunday 07th May 2017, at Heathrow Gymnastics Club, gymnasts from the Club took part in
the Women's Artistic Level 5 Out of Age Competition.
A day of mixed fortunes ensued, but all the girls gave their best on the day, and are to be congratulated for their efforts.

GfA Levels 3-6 Competition - May 06th & 07th May 2017
Over the weekend of the 06th and 07th May 2017, a sizeable number of gymnasts from the Club competed at the GfA levels 3 to 6 Competition, held at the Crystal Palace Sports Centre.
It was the first time such a competition had been held at this venue and the host organisers of London Gymnastics and Crystal Palace Gymnastics Club must be congratulated and commended on the efficiency they applied to the successful execution of this event.
A special mention must also go to the Coaches and Judges from the Club who were in attendance throughout this very busy weekend.

Dubai International Invitational Competition - March 2017
An outstanding collection of Individual and Team medals and trophies won by our Team at the
Dubai Invitational International Competition.
At the rear, our senior team member Ella is holding aloft the impressive trophy awarded to the best overall Team at the Competition.
Well deserved, and testament to the hard work the girls invested in preparing for this Competition.

London Region GfA Competition Rules 2017
FUNDRAISER - BRING A FRIEND TO GYM.
We are raising funds to help a Team of Ladywell GC gymnasts travel to a Competition in Dubai.
You can support this event by attending our 'Bring a friend to Gym' session.
Sunday 12 March 2017.
Session 1. 2pm - 3pm.
Session 2. 3pm - 4pm.
£5 per person per session.
Payment can be made to the Club Office in CASH ONLY.
Booking will be on a first come first served basis.
Correct attire must be worn – Leotard, shorts, leggings, t-shirt. (no hard zips, buttons or hoodies).
No Jewellery or hair beads please.
Children 5 Years Plus can attend.
